Chair’s Report and Comments: 2023/24

It has been an interesting and eventful 12 months both on and off the field. I will restrict my comments to off the field events and activities; there has been much written elsewhere regarding on field performances.

Blackburn Rovers Supporters have warmly welcomed the Government’s announcement today that they are to proceed with an independent football regulator. The Bill is the result of the Fan Led Review to which We Are The Rovers contributed.
