Togetherness has been a common theme over the past year, and despite the person who preached this most publicly leaving the club, togetherness has been a key factor as to why we find ourselves in a promising league position.
It’s apparent that there is real togetherness within the club, with one notable exception:
Players ✅
Staff ✅
Supporters ✅
Owners ❌
As supporters, we are committed to backing the team on the pitch more than ever before. Ultimately we want our club to be successful and will do all we can to make that happen. Unfortunately we do not believe our owners can say the same.
We are calling on all supporters to turn up to our remaining games, home and away, in numbers and give the players and our new head coach the support they deserve.
If we can achieve our collective goal of seeing Rovers return to the Premier League we will be an even more attractive proposition for our eventual new owners.
We want to show the footballing world what a special club Rovers is, and once again we implore the Rao family to do the right thing and seek to find us new owners who will provide the club with the resources, care, ambition and respect we deserve.
