We Are The Rovers at Blackburn Library

Supported by ‘We are The Rovers’, our Heritage lead Steve Williams is giving an illustrated talk entitled ‘Rovers Heroes & Legends’ at Blackburn Library on the 8th February starting at 7.00 p.m. and admission is free.

We are also looking to repeat the event in the spring at a venue in Chorley as part of our outreach work to supporters outside of Blackburn with Darwen.

Steve is continuing with his research for the ‘Rovers in Uniform’ project. He asks if anyone has information, pictures, newspaper article, etc. on any Rovers player who served in the First World War, Second World War or on National Service to get in touch.
