The meeting will be in two parts, firstly covering the legal and constitutional requirements, when members can vote on the structure and rules which the Trust operates under will be presented along with the year end accounts. The second half of the meeting is an opportunity for members to raise questions or comments on how your Trust operates.
Your committee wants and needs your support and we urge as many members as possible to attend the AGM. There are plans to make the Rovers Trust AGM accessible to members who live away from Blackburn, allowing them to view and listen to the meeting via Skype, Google hangout or similar. If you are planning to attend please let us know by emailing the sectretary, as likely numbers will influence the choice of venue.
